OYSTER MUSHROOM RECIPES

   At this time, all of our oyster mushroom
recipes are vegetarian. I am not a vegetarian
and I am not trying to make this a vegetarian site. The
reason there are no meat recipes, is that when I think of
new oyster mushroom recipes, I expect the mushrooms to preform
a special function. I have not thought of any special function for them
with meat. Of course, you can serve them on a steak and some pasta
recipes call for them and meat. Check your favorite book for good pasta
recipes. Of course, if you are looking for Pleurotus recipes you have found them.
